With over a decade of real estate investment experience across the Bay Area, Singh founded Khalsa Estates on the conviction that capital can be deployed with discipline and conscience. He leads the firm's acquisition strategy and investor relations.

Director of Acquisitions

Gurpreet oversees property identification, underwriting, and due diligence across residential and commercial assets. Her analytical discipline and deep market relationships consistently source strong off-market opportunities.

Amritpal Singh

Amritpal manages day-to-day portfolio operations, ensuring every property is maintained with care and every tenant is treated with the dignity central to Khalsa values.
